(a) All political accounts or funds subject to Tennessee law on January 1, 1990, shall become subject to this part.(b) For the purposes of enforcement, this part shall be prospective only, and the registry shall limit its investigations to acts or omissions which occur after January 1, 1990.Acts 1989, ch. 585, § 30.
