Section 2-10-210 - Authority to establish or levy penalty or sanction

The registry of election finance shall not establish or levy any penalty or sanction for any action alleged to be a violation of the rules and regulations of the registry unless such action is also a violation of a statutory requirement.Acts 1992, ch. 988, § 4.
