Section 2-10-313 - Solicitation and acceptance of campaign contributions by judicial candidate

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a judicial candidate may personally solicit and accept campaign contributions.Added by 2022 Tenn. Acts, ch. 668,s 1, eff. 3/18/2022.
