Section 2-12-204 - Absent precinct registrars

If a precinct registrar is absent on a day fixed for registration or for an election, the commissioners representing the same party as the absent registrar shall select a person who meets the requirements of this chapter to act for the absent precinct registrar during the period of such precinct registrar's absence.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-1212.
