Section 2-12-206 - Death or resignation of precinct registrars

If a precinct registrar dies, resigns or is removed, the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the commissioners representing the same party as the registrar. The new appointee shall serve for the unexpired term of the person whom such appointee replaces.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-1214.
