Section 2-13-105 - Vacancies on state executive committee

Each state executive committee may, by vote of its members, temporarily fill a vacancy in its membership due to death, resignation, disqualification, change of residence, persistent absence from meetings without good cause, or violation of the oath of office until a successor is chosen at the next regular August election.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-1306.
