Section 2-13-112 - Vacancies on county primary board

Each county primary board shall immediately notify its state primary board upon the occurrence of any vacancy in its membership. The state primary board shall appoint new members to fill any vacancies in the membership of its county primary boards due to death, resignation or other cause. The person so appointed shall hold office during the unexpired term for which the person was appointed.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-1313.
