Section 2-13-320 - Election to fill vacancies in county legislative body - Date

All other laws notwithstanding, any county which shall have a special election to fill a county legislative body vacancy to correspond with the date of the presidential preference primary previously set forth in the former law may by resolution of the county legislative body schedule such election to correspond with the date of the preferential presidential primary set forth in this part.Acts 1976, ch. 421, § 21; impl. am.
