Section 2-19-105 - False swearing or affirming

A person to whom an oath is legally administered under this title commits perjury if such person knowingly and willfully swears or affirms falsely touching a matter material to the point in question.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-1905.
