Section 2-19-131 - Betting with voter to procure a challenge or to prevent him from voting

It is a Class C misdemeanor for any person, directly or indirectly, to make a bet or wager with a voter, depending upon the result of any primary or final election provided by law, with the intent thereby to procure the challenge of such voter, or to prevent the voter from voting at such election.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-1931; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
