Section 2-2-104 - Persons entitled to register

The following persons may register permanently under this title:(1) A person who is a qualified voter when such person applies to register;(2) A person residing in an area within this state which has been ceded to the federal government if the person is otherwise qualified to vote; and(3) A person who will be eighteen (18) years of age on or before the date of the next election after the person applies to register and who is otherwise eligible to register.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-204; Acts 1994, ch. 919, § 2.
