Section 2-2-105 - Permanency of registration

Registration of voters under this title is permanent. When a voter has once been registered under this title or under any previous permanent registration law if the voter would be eligible under this title, it is unnecessary for such voter to register again unless the voter's registration is purged under this title or was purged under a previous permanent registration law.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-205.
