Section 2-2-130 - Transfer of registration - New registration card

The administrator of elections, after transferring a registration, shall immediately give or mail to the voter a new registration card unless the transfer is accomplished through § 2-7-140. If the registration is transferred as a result of § 2-7-140, the administrator shall not provide the voter with a new registration card until after the completion of the election.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-230; Acts 1997, ch. 550, § 5.
