The commissioner of safety in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, and the coordinator of elections in accordance with § 2-11-201(c), may promulgate rules to effectuate this part and § 2-2-106.Acts 1994, ch. 947, § 9.
