Section 2-5-202 - Separate general and primary election ballots

Each county election commission shall have printed separate general and primary election ballots on which shall be only the names of candidates who have qualified and who are to be voted on at the polling place in which the ballots are to be used.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-502.
