(a) Persons voting early are entitled to the same assistance in voting they would be entitled to if they appeared to vote on election day. The procedures under § 2-7-116 govern how assistance should be given.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a person convicted of voter fraud in any state shall not assist a person in voting under this section.Amended by 2019 Tenn.
