Section 2-6-203 - Filling out application to vote by mail and voter's affidavit

The voter may have anyone the voter chooses write the voter's request for an absentee ballot or for an absentee voting by mail application or write out the voter's absentee voting by mail application except for the voter's signature or mark.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., §§ 2-613, 2-6-113; Acts 1994, ch. 859, § 2.
