Section 2-7-135 - Lists of election officials prepared by officer of elections

(a) The officer of elections shall prepare and certify to the county election commission a list of all election officials who served at the polling place and their official positions. The list shall be signed by each official.(b) The officer of elections shall certify to the county election commission the names of those persons appointed as officials for the polling place before the election who failed to appear and discharge the duties of office.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-735.
