Section 2-8-114 - Primary elections - Tie votes

If the coordinator of elections determines that there is a tie between the two (2) or more candidates for an office who have the highest number of votes, the tie shall be broken as prescribed in the rules of the political party.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; 1977, ch. 480, § 5; T.C.A., § 2-814.
