Section 2-8-115 - Primary elections - Certification of nominees

The coordinator of elections shall certify the names of the nominees of political parties to the county election commission of each county in which the nominees are candidates by the qualifying deadlines set in § 2-5-101.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; 1977, ch. 480, § 6; T.C.A., § 2-815.
