Section 2-9-115 - Use of voting machines owned by another governing body

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent voting machines owned or controlled by one governing body from being used by another governing body when arrangements to do so are agreed upon by the affected governing bodies.Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-915.
