Section 2-9-116 - Use of voting machines by groups of citizens

A county election commission may establish and implement a policy permitting the use of voting machines by a group of citizens; provided, that in any county having a metropolitan form of government, the decision to implement the policy is subject to the approval of the local governing body.Acts 1993, ch. 518, §§ 21, 22; 1995, ch. 489, § 1.
