Section 20-1-102 - Indemnification of nominal plaintiff

The person whose name is used in the prosecution of a suit may, at any time during the progress of the cause, require the party for whose benefit the action is brought to give bond, with good security, to indemnify the person whose name is used in the prosecution of the suit against all damages and costs.Code 1858, § 2796; Shan., § 4493; Code 1932, § 8620; T.C.A.
