If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of chapter 185 of the Public Acts of 2019 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of chapter 185 of the Public Acts of 2019 are declared to be severable.Added by 2019 Tenn.
