Section 21-1-104 - Appointment of referees and commissioners

The chancellors, in vacation as well as in term, have the power to appoint referees or commissioners to take accounts, where the clerk and master is interested or is unable to attend, or in other cases where it is deemed expedient.Code 1858, § 4414 (deriv.
