Section 21-1-702 - Entry of proceedings by clerk and master

Rules, notices, orders and other proceedings in a cause, made with or by the clerk and master, shall be entered by the clerk and master in a well-bound book, to be kept for that purpose, each entry to be made in order and with the correct dates attached.Code 1858, § 4417 (deriv.
