Section 22-1-105 - Discharge of unqualified jurors - Reasonable or proper cause

A court may discharge from service a grand or petit juror who does not possess the requisite qualifications, or who is disqualified from such service, or for any other reasonable or proper cause, to be judged by the court. That a state of mind exists on the juror's part that will prevent the juror from acting impartially shall constitute such cause. Acts 2008, ch. 1159, § 1.
