Section 22-4-105 - Issuance of warrants

It is the duty of the county to issue a warrant in payment of jury service every thirty (30) days, for the full amount due up to that time, to each member of a regular, grand or petit jury, when the jury service term extends beyond thirty (30) days in length. Acts 2008, ch. 1159, § 1.
