Section 24-1-209 - Communication between attorney and private detective privileged

Communication between an attorney and a private detective or investigator hired by such attorney, while acting in their respective professional capacities shall be privileged communications.Acts 1973, ch. 339, § 1; T.C.A., § 24-116.
