So, also, if the garnishee's examination shows that any property, debts, or effects of the defendant are probably in the hands of other persons, the court shall, on the application of the plaintiff, issue notice to such persons to come forward and answer as garnishees, and the same proceedings may be had as in other cases.Acts 1978, ch. 915, § 26; T.C.A., § 26-236.
