Section 26-2-210 - Levy of execution on land

If an execution is issued by a court that is not a court of record and a levy is made upon land or an interest in land, then the execution and other papers in connection therewith shall be returned to the circuit court of the county for condemnation as in other cases of the levy of a court's execution on land.Acts 1978, ch. 915, § 29; T.C.A., § 26-239.
