Section 26-2-211 - Execution stayed until choses in action become due

Execution of the garnishment judgment may be stayed until the choses in action fall due, and the court may order them to be collected, or if necessary, sold, as may be deemed just and proper.Acts 1978, ch. 915, § 30; T.C.A., § 26-240.
