Section 27-1-120 - Reasons for reversal furnished trial court

If the judgment of the inferior court is reversed and the cause remanded, the judges shall file, in writing, with the clerk, the reasons of reversal, and the points of law in the judgment of the inferior court in which the error existed, to be copied by the clerk, and certified to the inferior court as part of the record of reversal.Code 1858, § 3932 (deriv.
