Section 27-4-103 - Term to which taken

The appeal is to the next term of the circuit court, if more than five (5) days intervene between the date of appeal and the first day of the term. If less time intervene, the appeal is to the next succeeding term.Code 1858, § 3149; Shan., § 4881; Code 1932, § 9030; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 27-403.
