Section 28-1-108 - Disability at time of accrual - Two or more disabilities

No person can claim use of a disability unless it existed when the right of action accrued; but when two (2) or more disabilities exist at the time of accrual, the limitation does not attach until all are removed.Code 1858, § 2759 (deriv.
