Section 28-2-108 - Subordinate possession not adverse

Possession is not adverse within the meaning of this chapter, as to any person claiming a right or interest in the land, when taken and continued under a title bond, mortgage or other instrument acknowledging that right or interest, or when taken and continued in subordination to the right or interest of another.Code 1858, § 2768; Shan., § 4461; Code 1932, § 8589; T.C.A.
