Section 29-12-106 - Limitation of actions

In no case shall the limitation of actions be held to commence running in favor of a fraudulent or voluntary possessor, until the creditor, to be affected by the fraudulent or voluntary conveyance, has a right of action to test the validity of such conveyance.Code 1858, § 4293 (deriv.
