Section 29-13-115 - Penalty

Any person who asserts a false claim under this chapter, knowing such claim to be false, commits a Class C misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall forfeit any benefit received and shall reimburse and repay the state for payments received or paid on such person's behalf pursuant to any of the provisions of this chapter.Acts 1976, ch. 736, § 15; T.C.A., §§ 23-3515, 23-35-115; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
