Section 29-13-308 - Termination of trust

Upon attaining eighteen (18) years of age, the minor may terminate the trust by submitting a written request therefor with the court clerk. The court clerk shall deliver to the minor all funds and interest income remaining in the trust less any outstanding fees, court costs, fines, or restitutions resulting from the minor beneficiary's actions pending in juvenile court within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the request.Amended by 2013 Tenn.
