Section 29-13-410 - Violation of part - Penalty

An entity violating this part commits a Class A misdemeanor. If an entity contracts and makes payment to a defendant in violation of this part, the entity is liable to a victim of crime for three (3) times the amount that victim would be entitled to receive, plus the costs of collection including attorney's fees.Acts 1994, ch. 1003, § 10.
