Section 29-13-411 - Acts in derogation of part

Any action taken by the defendant, whether by way of execution of a power of attorney, creation of corporate identity or otherwise, to defeat the purpose of this part is void as against the public policy of the state.Acts 1994, ch. 1003, § 11.
