Section 29-15-120 - Conclusiveness of judgment

Any such judgment is conclusive upon the party against whom it is recovered, not under disability at the time of the recovery, and all persons claiming under the party by title accruing after the commencement of the action.Code 1858, § 3252 (deriv.
