The compensation for damages in taking such lands, property, property rights, privileges, and easements shall be paid by such municipalities, and same shall be condemned and determined in the mode and manner provided by §§ 7-31-108 - 7-31-111, and the rights and powers contained in such sections are extended to and conferred upon all of the municipal corporations.Acts 1917, ch. 31, § 2; Shan.
