Section 29-19-106 - Action by creditor

After the expiration of the time prescribed in § 29-19-105, and within twelve (12) months thereafter, any creditor of such losing party may, by garnishment or action, recover the amount of such money, thing, or its value, in satisfaction of so much of the creditor's debt.Code 1858, § 1773; Shan., § 3163; Code 1932, § 7816; T.C.A.
