Section 29-3-113 - Relators in abatement of business or occupation

The writ of injunction provided for in § 29-3-112 may be sued out by the board, or commissioner, charged with the supervision of the particular business or profession; or by any person affected by such nuisance.Acts 1919, ch. 158, § 2; Shan.
