Section 29-30-204 - Publication on nonresident

Should the defendant, or any defendant, be a nonresident of the state, the officer shall return the fact and the court shall order publication to be made for four (4) successive weeks in some newspaper published in the county in which the suit is pending, or in the nearest county.
