Section 29-35-106 - Damages for usurpation of office

Such claimant, on claimant's recovery of the office, may also, at any time within one (1) year thereafter, bring suit against the defendant, and recover the damages claimant has sustained by reason of the act of the defendant.Code 1858, § 3421; Shan., § 5177; Code 1932, § 9348; T.C.A.
