Section 29-35-116 - Judgment of exclusion from office or franchise

When a defendant, whether a natural person or a corporation, is adjudged guilty of usurping, unlawfully holding, or exercising any office or franchise, judgment shall be rendered that such defendant be excluded from the office or franchise, and that defendant pay the costs.Code 1858, § 3424; Shan., § 5180; Code 1932, § 9351; T.C.A.
