Section 29-4-103 - Costs

The parties shall give bond and security for the costs of an agreed case, unless they pay the clerk's fees and state tax in advance; and all costs incurred shall be borne equally by the parties, unless they agree that the costs shall abide the event of the cause.Code 1858, § 3453 (deriv.
