Section 29-5-210 - Review of award

(a) On application of a party or, if an application to the court is pending under § 29-5-212, § 29-5-213 or § 29-5-214, on submission to the arbitrators by the court under such conditions as the court may order, the arbitrators may modify or correct the award upon the grounds stated in § 29-5-214(a)(1) and (3), or for the purpose of clarifying the award.(b) The application shall be made within twenty (20) days after delivery of the award to the applicant. Written notice thereof shall be given forthwith to the opposing party, stating that the opposing party must serve objections thereto, if any, within ten (10) days from the notice.(c) The award so modified or corrected is subject to § 29-5-212, § 29-5-213 or § 29-5-214.Acts 1977, ch. 159, § 1; T.C.A., § 23-534.
